Handbook of Theories of Aging
Vern Bengtson, Merril Silverstein, Norella Putney and Daphna Gans are editing a new edition of one of the most frequently cited books in the field of Gerontology recently, the 1999 Handbook of Theories of Aging. To this new Handbook Jan Baars has contributed a chapter called Problematic Theoretical Foundations: Time, Age and Aging.
Handbook of Theories of Aging was published by Springer Publishing Co. in November 2008. Springer will have a big celebration at the Gerontological Society Annual Meeting November 21-24 in Maryland.
